Interpretation

Words with capitalized initial letters have defined meanings under the following conditions. These definitions remain the same whether they appear in singular or plural form.

• "Orders"means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

• "You"refers to the individual using the Service, or the company or another legal entity on whose behalf the individual is using the Service.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order or request a refund only before the service date. We do not accept cancellations or refund requests after the service date has passed or the service has been completed.

To exercise your right to cancel or request a refund:

1. Provide a clear statement of your decision to cancel or request a refund.

We will reimburse you once you provide a clear statement regarding the reason for the refund. The amount will be transferred via bank transfer, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

For Goods to be eligible for a return:

• The Goods were donated in the last 7 days and before the service date.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have an expired date.
• Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. Please send Goods to:

We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when donated and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original gift giver.
