Food Distribution at Girija Welfare Old Age Home
Aayan Foundations is organizing a community outreach initiative at Girija Welfare old age home to distribute food to senior citizens and spend meaningful time with them. The initiative aims to bring comfort, companionship, and happiness to elderly residents through thoughtful giving, personal interaction, and shared moments. Through this effort, we hope to promote dignity, kindness, and care for the elderly while strengthening our commitment to community welfare.
How the event went
The food distribution drive at Girija Welfare Association, Sector 12, Kharghar, was successfully completed as a meaningful day of compassion, togetherness, and community service. Aayan Foundations volunteers came together to support elderly residents through food distribution and personal interaction. Beyond distributing essential items, the initiative focused on spending quality time with the residents, sharing conversations, and creating moments of warmth and companionship. The visit reinforced the importance of treating every individual with dignity, kindness, and respect.
